Welcome To Scale Systems™ GHL Import

Getting your GHL account fully set up can be a tedious process. We simplify the set up with a quick import form to fast-track you to a dialed-in CRM and an approved A2P registration, without the stress.

What is this form for? This form ensures smooth email & SMS sending and delivery for your soon-built workflows. Without this set up, emails & SMS may not perform to standard.

We recommend integrating a subdomain before bringing over your root domain. We'll use a subdomain if you have a live website. Mark as N/A if you don't own a registered domain.

If your domain is hosted on GoDaddy, follow this step-by-step guide to give the OS Team delegate access to your GoDaddy domain, and we will handle the connection for you. Skip this step if you don't use GoDaddy.

A branded domain set up means your links such as calendars will represent your brand name in the URL. We highly recommend this.

Step 2: Email Sending Domain

We recommend setting up a dedicated email sending domain to improve your email sending. We would use the domain provided in step 1 to create the dedicated sending domain that matches your website domain. Email Pricing.

Step 3: Getting A Phone Number

Follow this step-by-step guide to get a phone number inside GHL that will be used to send automated SMS messages to your leads and clients.

Step 4: A2P Registration

The A2P registration is a regulatory framework and messaging standard that enables businesses to send A2P (application-to-person) SMS's. You'll just need to submit a few business details, we'll handle the rest :)

Your A2P registration can take anywhere between 1-2 days and 1-2 weeks to get approved. This is out of our control, but we always do everything we can to get approved as quickly as possible for you. Fortunately this doesn't effect or slow down the rest of the project.

Step 5: Import CSV Contacts

If you have an existing list of contacts you would like to add to your GHL account, watch this short walkthrough to complete your CSV file upload. If non-applicable, please skip this step.

Step 6: Scale Systems™ Access To Zapier

The easiest way to grant Scale Systems™ access to your Zapier to configure and test your new workflows is through simple log-in. Use a password you are comfortable with our team having access to.

As your trusted partner, we'll keep your account information 100% confidential and no third party access will be granted without your permission.

Step 8: Confirmation
